This live webinar will give interviewers guidance on the kind of questions that can (and cannot) be asked, and the types of pre-hiring checks that can be done on prospective employees. Join us for an in-depth look into the hiring dos and don’ts.  Although the program is primarily geared toward Human Resource professionals, anyone who has a role in the HR/hiring process can benefit from this information.

Speaker Bio:

Cheryl Davis is a partner with the firm of Menaker & Herrmann, LLP in New York, NY. Cheryl is a litigator who concentrates in intellectual property matters, employment and real estate/construction related matters. She advises employers on their obligations to (and relationships with) their employees. She has written articles and made a number of presentations on intellectual property and employment issues.  Cheryl holds a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law and a Masters of Science from Columbia School of Journalism.
