Star is a licensed broker in three states\, handling complex transactions for her clients throughout the country. \nShe is a nine-time winner of The Irvine Company’s prestigious “Broker of the Year” award\, a three￾time winner of San Diego Magazine’s “Woman of the Year” award\, a three￾time winner of The Business Journal’s “Women Who Mean Business” award\, a two-time winner of San Diego Metro magazine’s “40 Under 40” award\, among many other honors. Star has appeared in national\, regional and local publications\, including Forbes\, as well as on local TV news programs as a millennial voice on a variety of topics including business\, technology and education. She has also spoken at numerous events\, informing businesses of the critical importance and differences between tenant representation and dual agency firms. Star graduated from University of San Diego with a 4.0 GPA at age 19\, and earned her MBA in one year at the age of 20 (also from University of San Diego). \n
