This program reveals both pitfalls and best practices in communication and documentation throughout a project’s lifecycle. You’ll also gain an understanding of cautionary words\, examine a proven change-management model\, receive ready-to use project templates\, and learn how proactive communication and consistent documentation can help you manage risk and deliver successful projects. \nLearning Objectives\n1.
