Kevin J. Healy is a trial attorney at Collins Collins Muir + Stewart LLP in Carlsbad, California. He practices in the areas of professional liability matters focusing on civil litigation. Mr. Healy also provides outside general counsel, risk management, and business advisement services to his clients, including drafting and negotiating contracts. Mr. Healy has represented architects, engineers, surveyors, landscape architects, lawyers, industrial hygienists, public agencies and municipalities, real estate developers, contractors, taverns, restaurants, and insurance brokers. He has led presentations to industry groups and published articles on the subjects of professional liability.
Mr. Healy holds an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale Hubbell and is a member of the American Council of Engineering Consultants, American Society of Civil Engineers San Diego, and The American Institute of Architects San Diego and Palomar. He attended Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. He then graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.
