As the Business Development and Marketing Director for IS Architecture, Marissa is a skilled relationship-builder specializing in designing optimal working partnerships within the architecture marketplace where need, possibility, and complex regulation must align to achieve a positive result. Her focus is to establish and maintain client relationships to support both public and private sectors, as well as researching emerging trends, identifying new opportunities, and providing greater public awareness of the firm’s unique blend of custom residential and historic preservation architecture.
Marissa’s realm also includes a leadership role in the Human Resources department of IS Architecture. She leads all hiring efforts and sets the tone (and bar) for every new employee that walks through the door. She has developed and refined the firm’s onboarding process over the past 14 years to create a smooth process for new employees, and to continually nurture a strong, cohesive team.
