A seasoned leader in the IT Managed Services (MSP) industry with more than 2 decades of experience, Mike Chaput has led Endsight as CEO since Co-Founding the California MSP in 2004. Throughout his career, Mike has not only excelled at growing a values focused organization with hundreds of clients and more than 140 employees, but he has also established a vast network of connections, comprised of MSP industry insiders and CEOs.

As a member of various industry groups such as TruMethods, Venture Tech, True Profit Group, and serving on the CEO advisory council of Kaseya, a leading software company in the IT service industry, Mike possesses a deep industry perspective. Additionally, he serves as a paid consultant and sits on the board of directors for a private equity fund with substantial investments in the MSP sector.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley – Walter A. Haas School of Business. Outside of work, Mike is a husband and father, musician and basketball fanatic. Mike loves to share a good bottle of wine, and if it was grown in Napa, he likely has a great story to tell about the winery it came from.

Stephen Hicks, CISSP, CCSP, CISM , Virtual Chief Information Security Officer @ Endsight

A seasoned engineer with a profound background in security, Stephen Hicks has devoted his entire professional journey to the technology industry since 1997. Throughout his career, he has actively supported numerous industries in California, providing invaluable assistance to over 20,000 individuals. With an unwavering focus on the present, Steve transitioned into a security role that he holds dear, finding true purpose in safeguarding his clients from the ever-growing and ever-changing landscape of threat actors in modern computing.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sonoma State University and an MBA from Saint Mary’s in Moraga. His exceptional qualifications encompass over fifteen industry certifications, including credentials such as CISSP, CSSP, and CISM. Each of these certifications necessitate annual engagement in continuing education to ensure his expertise remains at the forefront.

Beyond his professional achievements, Steve’s spirit of adventure shines through. He has embarked on exhilarating experiences, ranging from exploring the vibrant depths of the Great Barrier Reef to venturing inside an Icelandic volcano. Additionally, he has journeyed to CERN to see the supercollider. Steve’s diverse pursuits also extend to his accomplishments as a second-degree black belt in Shito Ryu karate and his dedication as a loving dog dad.

In Steve’s approach to security, he merges personality, human connection, and cutting-edge technology, fostering a harmonious blend that fortifies our collective safety. By intertwining his expertise and genuine care, he creates an environment where we all thrive securely.

Julie Homan, Director of Sales @ Endsight

Julie Homan is an experienced professional with over 30 years of IT industry experience. She has worked closely with Architecture and Engineering organizations as well as Law firms, gaining a wealth of knowledge in these fields. Julie’s career began at Wang Laboratories and later she became a founding member of LANSolutions, a specialty IT firm that caters to law firms. LANSolutions joined Endsight in December 2021.

During the transition, Julie has played a key role. Serving as the Director of Sales, she plays a crucial part in Endsight’s continual growth. Julie is tasked with working with prospects to ensure they have the best IT solution for their organization. With her extensive background in IT and working with law firms, Julie wants to set prospects up for success.  Julie’s dedication and hard work contributes significantly to the success of  Endsight.

Julie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northeastern University.  Outside of work, Julie is a devoted wife and mother to her two young adult children. She is also a passionate sports fan, supporting both her hometown teams and her beloved New England/Boston teams.
