Please join us for our first in person tour in a long time! We look forward to seeing all of you there for this great tour and lunch, hosted by SDA San Diego member firm Stephen Dalton Architects.

Secoya on Fifth, located in the Banker’s Hill neighborhood, is the first project to pull permit under the city of San Diego’s new Complete Communities ordinance. The ordinance lays out new planning strategies that incentivize the creation of affordable housing, convenient to transportation nodes. At Secoya, this increased density is targeted to serve the city’s “missing middle” market.  Mayor Todd Gloria has called Secoya on Fifth “an example of what we need more of in San Diego.”
